Is it possible for our customers to use QnA Maker created in-house?

Create a chatbot for my customers on the qnamaker I have a contract with. I operate and maintain QA and receive a usage fee. Is it possible to use it in this way?

@Toshiaki Arai What is the scenario of creating of the resource in-house? Do you mean creating the resources in your subscription?

The billing for Azure QnAMaker and the bot service that is deployed when you publish the KB are billed under the subscription they are created in. You can provide service to your customers by creating a chatbot and bill them based on the usage/billing of these resources. I hope this clarifies.
