In Group Policy How to make a Particular Application Not Killed For my Company Domain

All,
We are having an application name Robot and we have installed to all the computers in our organization. But the users are able to kill the application. We want the application should not be killed. We need to create a group policy, to make the application can be kill only by ITGroup. How can we able to accomplish it. Please guide us by providing the steps.
