Unable to locate Microsoft Certificate

I received an email on March 16, 2021 congratulating me of my Microsoft Certification. I tried accessing my dashboard and clicking on certificates, but it says it cannot locate my certification profile. I can share my certification ID number and email address used to register if that helps.

I chatted with a Microsoft representative and was told to post my question here. I was also told to reference my case number (1020257653)

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
    your Microsoft Certification dashboard

    and if not found you can request help with profile linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
