Redeeming Fortnite Vbucks and Pack

I recently purchased some Vbucks from the Microsoft store using an Xbox gift card. They never showed up in my account even though I received emails from Microsoft confirming my orders. Is there some middle man that I am missing?

    Edit: I have been emailing with Epic games and they say that they have no redeemable vbucks for that account.
