Setting the training time of an ml .net algorithm

Hello,

I used the automated ML .Net and found the top 5 algorithms which work best on my dataset. Then I added the code to my project solution. After adding the code to my solution, I am trying to change the dataset and get the evaluation results. But I could not set the training time? How can I set the training time? Also, the evaluation results I get from the interface and the evaluation results I get from the code are different. Why could it be?
