I have a group that we assign users to that has collaborative permissions to all the Luis.ai resources in Azure portal. I have also added them to Enterprise applications\luis.ai.live. Some users when accessing luis.ai are able to use drop down for 'subscription' and 'resources' but I have one user that doesn't even see that when they log in? I also am an owner and when i log in I don't see the ability to assign users from this interface. Trying to understand what I'm missing so user can see drop downs in luis.ai please.
@crod-8019 I believe you are referring to the My apps page on the LUIS portal which is unable to display the subscription and authoring resource details in the dropdown. Could you please check if the tenant that the user logged into is correct? There will be an option to switch directory and use the correct one if there is more than one associated with the user.
He only sees the one tenant and yes it is correct. User has access in Azure as a contributor to all the resources, however when he navigates to luis.ai he doesn't even see 'Subscription', and or 'Authoring resource'. He does see an Azure Icon in the upper right, and when he clicks on it, it presents:

Is there a way also to see who is an owner for these app resources? I get the feeling that we have the classic one owner scenario who forgot how to give users the collaboration access to these apps
@Crod In the current scenario the migration steps only have an optional step to send an email to the collaborators if they are setup for an app which can identify the list of apps. But, since they are not setup in this case will the get application list API work for this user?
