Connect AKS pod inside private subnet to another subnet VM which is in same private Vnet.

Problem:
I have a private Vnet which is having multiple subnets which is private.
I have deployed an AKS cluster inside one of the subnets now I want to access the pod through a VM which is in another subnet.
I am trying to connect through cluster and public IP both but it's not working.

Please suggest a solution for the above scenario.

While deploying AKS cluster did you try out Azure CNI networking model ?

Thanks for the response, yes have configured the azure CNI.
I have a private subnet where I have hosted the cluster and I need to connect the cluster pods within the same Vnet VMs.
Please suggest if you have any solution for the same.
