Azure Learn Module SQL Database Cost/Month

I am working with the Azure Learn which is supposed to be free. One of the steps is to create a SQL database which just before the Create there is an estimated cost/month of 380.00. I am concerned that creating this database will cause a 380.00 charge to my credit card. Is this value there to show what a typical cost would be or is it an actual charge that I will encounter?

    If you are using MS Learn sandbox subscription and creating this DB inside it, then you won't get charged.

    Microsoft has provided MS Learn sandbox, you activate sandbox and use your MS Learn creds to login and create resources in this subscription only. If you follow this, you won't get charged.
