Filter not displaying all results

Hi, Im having problems with my Excel filter not displaying all of the information in the column.
I found this info online and have updated but still not working.

My Current version is 2103 (Build 13901.20336)

It does seem to be the issue mentioned as I have 17,000 entries on this particular spreadsheet column.
Is there a setting option I have missed perhaps?

    I suggest you try to check if there is blank line in it, blank line may cause filtering stopped.
