an error occurred while setting up your domain name

Question

Hi I have installed windows server 2016 essentials
And need to install anywhere access I type my Domain xxxxxxxxx.remotewebaccess.com
And click next and I will come to sign in with Microsoft Account xxxxxxx@Karima ben .com
And password xxxxx also I come to this error

what should I do

May I know if the domain name was set up automatically? If yes, please try to set the domain name up manually to see if the issue still existed.

hi they write set the domain name manually but i have done that too i come to microsoft login where i have to write my microsoft ID xxxxxxx@Karima ben .com and next and passowrd xxxxxxxxxxx and log in it also comes to the error that I attached picture of
