Teams is showing user status as Active even after succesfully signing out from Mobile and Desktop client

Hi,

We encountered an issue where user Presence is showing as Available even after successfully signing out from Desktop and Mobile client application.

Any idea what could be the issue ?

    Hi Rahul-7230,

    If you click the chat window with the user who is offline, the status is usually changed to the correct one.

    As the link provided by Leon, you can capture logs by typing Ctrl + Shift +Alt + 1. Then send the file to teamsml@microsoft.com.

    As a supplement, if you use coexistence mode, please note that presence will stop working in Outlook and other Office apps. For more information, please refer to this article:
