Install Dynamics 365 Report Author Extension - Failing

Hello. I have a new computer, and I'm trying to install Dynamics 365 Report Author Extension.

I have Visual Studio 2015.

I get an error when trying to install the extension - that something in the environment is missing. No details are available, other than to refer me to documentation. I can't see what is wrong here.

Please advise. Thank you.

    Thank you @Olaf Helper . That allowed me to install it. Unfortunately, 2015 is now crashing when I open it, so I've got a new issue to handle. :(
