Sharepoint Lists/JSON column formatting: How do I prevent '%20' being converted to a space in the email?

I have Sharepoint List which was created with spaces in its name which means the url was created including %20 to replace the spaces.

I have column formatting to send an email to the person named in Person field and the email created includes a link to the list item in question. The problem is that the instances of %20 in the url are replaced with a space which ends the link prematurely meaning it no longer works.

How do I prevent '%20' being converted to a space in the email?

To avoid '%20' being encoded, please try to use '%2520' to replace '%20'. It shall work for you now.
