CDN Logs - Can't load diagnostic settings

I'm following this guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cdn/monitoring-and-access-log - I'm trying to get logs from a CDN resource. When I choose diagnostic settings, and then choose a name of a resource , I get the error in this screenshot: 84993-2021-04-06-10-26-48.png

And I can't find where to register my subscription. Suggestions? Thanks!

    I understand that you are unable to get logs from CDN resource diagnostic settings with the above error. Please try the following to register you subscription with the resource provider-microsoft.insights:

    In the Azure Portal, browse to Subscriptions > select your subscription > Resource Providers (under Settings). Here you can see the registration status of the provider, and you can register the provider in the GUI:
