May I know more details about your environment and the issue? Maybe I can give some general troubleshoot steps:
- what's the OS version of printer server and client device?
- Did the issue happen after some new configurations or updates?
- Anything need to be noticed in the event log ?
I would suggest open a case with Microsoft if you need to deep analyze logs. And better to delete the logs if it contains personal information.
