Hi,
we have the problem that since two days on some clients the spooler service is crashing.
The problem also exists with different printservers.

We deactivated Defender OnAccessScans etc and its still happening.

I attached two logs. One is the app crash report that gets created automatically and the log I created with the Microsoft Debug Diagnostic Tool.

Can you help?

    Hi @Tobias Schüle

May I know more details about your environment and the issue? Maybe I can give some general troubleshoot steps:

    1. what's the OS version of printer server and client device?
    2. Did the issue happen after some new configurations or updates?
    3. Anything need to be noticed in the event log ?

I would suggest open a case with Microsoft if you need to deep analyze logs. And better to delete the logs if it contains personal information.

    Best Regards
    Karlie
