Suddenly cannot reach product overview at partner center, cannot build packages

Since March 31 we cannot build UWP packages ("unknown network error") and cannot reach our product pages at the Partner Center ("HTTP 404 error That’s odd... Microsoft Edge can’t find this page.") Is something wrong at the Store? What changed? Have not been able to get a response about this.

Thanks for the reply. In Partner Center/Account Settings I see my user name, I see User Type is Member; under My profile/Legal Info I see Verification Status: Authorized. Is that the status to which you refer? If I click on Developer in Legal Info I see Vetting Status is Authorized.
More: I see a note "You will not receive any payments from Microsoft without a valid tax profile." We've been receiving payments from Microsoft. But there is no sign of any access to our product pages. What could have happened to our account?

I'd suggest you open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Choose to Contact us, select Dashboard for Topic, and select App submissions and management for issue type. Then you could talk to the store team via email in 1:1. The store team could check the details of your issue in the back end.

Thanks very much for your response - in the end someone from support reached me and got the account back up during a call on MS Teams. It's not clear to me what caused this in the first place but all is well now.
