change your password not available in user ECP

Hello,

I'm facign an issue with one of our users, any user has permissio to reset his own password by accessing his ECP. However, there is one user when he access his ECP the option "change your password" on the right side is not available.

Any suggestions why this option not available on the user's ECP?

    What is the version of your Exchange server? Different version of Exchange have different OWA layout, which means user need to change password from different places.

    Do you mean change password in OWA rather than ECP? Could you provide screenshot about good and bad mailbox? It will help us to narrow down this issue.
