windows 10 pro license transfer to new laptop

Hi there,
I have purchased a laptop and want to transfer windows 10 pro from old laptop to new one. I had purchased windows 10 pro from windows store for old laptop. please help me out..

Should not be a problem. After installation you can activate.
slmgr /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

Hi,
If you had Activated and linked your license to your Microsoft Account and it is a retail license, you might be able to transfer it to the new computer without the product key.
It depends on how Windows 10 was originally configured on your computer.

Due to you purchased windows 10 pro from windows store for your old laptop, so you must have the digital license, you can transfer your license into different devices.

If your digital license is not linked to your Microsoft account, follow the steps under Checking your Activation status, Linking your Microsoft account.

During reinstallation, if you’re asked to enter a product key, you can skip this step by selecting I don't have a product key. Windows 10 will automatically activate online after the installation is complete. If you linked your digital license with your Microsoft account, be sure to sign in to the Microsoft account that is linked to the digital license.

If that doesn't work, you will need to reactivate by telephone or use Contact Support. Press Windows key + R then type: slui.exe 4 then hit Enter on your keyboard.
