Notification Hub Apple APNS settings wiped

I had more than 20 Notification Hubs set up with a FCM key and an APNS token. All APNS settings are now blank and stay blank when I try to add them again, plus brwsing the Notification Hub only shows one.
Notifications are not received on both iOS and Android devices.
The logs doesn't contain anything out of the ordinary and according to the azure status page everything is good.
What is going on?
