Where can I downlaod it, please?

    Can you tell what did you want to do with the ADMX file?
    If you want to update the ADMX files you can download from the following link:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/102157

    If you want to migrate the files to other machines , you can just copy the files.

    To be more specific , I would like to migrate old adm to admx.
    I get the adm for MSO 2003 but not the admx.

    Hi,
    It seems the migrator can't be download from the MS download center.

    Based on my research, Group Policy tools continue to recognize other earlier ADM files you have in your existing environment. The Group Policy Object Editor automatically reads and displays Administrative Template policy settings from both the ADMX and ADM files.
