Azure APIM - Developer Portal timeout settings

Hi,

We are having a backend API which takes around 45 secs on average to respond, but testing from Developer Portal it gives "Something is not right. It could be a temporary glitch or a bug. Please, try again". Same service if tested from POSTMAN gets back the response in 45 secs... It seems that the developer portal is timing out before it can receive the response. If that's the case , how can we see the default timeout setting of Developer Portal and how can we increase that ?

Thanks,
Ashish

Hello @HarjaniAshish-7896, Thank you for reaching out. You can use the forward request policy to set the timeout or your backend services. Please let me know if this does not help resolve the issue, we will gladly continue with our discussion. Thank you!
