That sounds like the account has been hacked. Do you mean the account setup has been changed or you received an email with rambler.ru as the domain?
If you received an email I would suggest that someone or something is trying to hack the account and change details. Change your password to something very secure.
If 2FA is available then activate it. Check the details in your account and make sure they are correct.

Well it does sound like you have been hacked. What email provider are you using for your epic account is it a Microsoft email.
You can try to recover it but from what I've seen here when the account has been changed to rambler.ru the account is lost.
