Outlook App failure to get and send new email after Exchange 2010 was patched with KB5000978

Hi All,
On March 20, an Exchange Server 2010 was patched with KB5000978 (the latest patch issued on March 2).
From March 24 onwards, the Outlook App in Android phone has not got any new email. No new email could be sent. Also, the old email in Inbox could not be forwarded. No error message was prompted. The Android version is 8.1 and 9.
When the Outlook App was removed and then re-installed, it worked for the first time and then did not function again.
Please help.
