Blank list as output in Recommendations - List API

Hi,
I am calling "GET https://management.azure.com/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/providers/Microsoft.Advisor/recommendations?api-version=2017-04-19" API to get a list of all the recommendations at my subscription level, but I am getting a blank list as output.
I have checked in Azure Advisor portal, I can see some recommendations there.
Please help.
