KB4601319 and GdipDeleteFontFamily

Question

We have detected that since February Windows cumulative update (KB4601319), in gdiplus API, the GdipDeleteFontFamily function is more than 10 times slower than before. As a consequence, the GUIs using massively gdiplus with fontfamily are slowed down and the user experience is strongly damaged.
It is a major issue for us.

I have created a feedback in feedback hub, 2 months ago and I never get any answer from microsoft. I cannot know if the issue is considered, if a fix is planned, ...
Is there another way than feedback hub to push a issue introduced by a windows update ?
