Is it possible to donate an exam voucher?

I received a free exam voucher for my participation in the Microsoft Ignite Skills Challenge and I would like to donate it to someone else that cannot afford the SC-200 exam. Is it possible for me to transfer it to someone else's account?

    Voucher is usually attached to your email account so in my opinion you won't be able to pass on voucher to others.
