ERROR: Expected 1 module to load starting with 'azext_': got []

When I am doing log,login,or feedback I got this error.Is this a bug or I am the wrong one?Thanks

    Hi @dwi aji , I see that you commented on https://github.com/Azure/azure-cli/issues/16188. This does seem like a bug a to me and is the right place to be. Feel free to create a new issue as well.

    Did you install any extensions from when you were doing az webapp up? If so, I would remove those extensions and try again. You can also try reinstalling Azure CLI just in case the installation somehow got corrupted.
