taking a test in English language

According to this page, exam should be available on one of the following languages: English, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Spanish, Spanish (Mexico)

However, upon attempting to schedule an exam from home or office, only 4 of them are available - English excluded.
