I have completed AZ-900 cerification through certiport ID. But I couldnt see any certificates in dashboard.Please help me in linking certiport exm with Microsoft.

My MCID is 991256546. My Microsoft login email ID and certiport login email ID are same. ie., thanu.laila5@Stuff .com.
I ahve done AZ-900 certification through certiport. However I couldnt see any certificated on the dashboard. Please help me in linking the certificate from certiport to Microsoft.
