SCCM - CMG- Downloading Task Sequence Stuck at 0% - In Place Upgrade
Dear Team,
I trust this finds you and your family very well (Covid19). I would be more than glad and grateful for your kindness and time if you could please help me with this incident that I am facing.
The idea is to upgrade windows from 1803 to 1909.
Sccm version is 2010
Site version: 5.0.9040.1000
client version: 5.00.9040.1015
I am new to SCCM, especially with task sequence troubleshooting and the new CMG configuration. I have prepared a task sequence with around 30 apps (7gb package for windows, 4 gb package office, + Drivers + other apps), around 17gb in total. All apps have been deployed to the Cloud DP.
When i am connected to the VPN, i am able to properly download the task sequence and all the 17gbs are properly downloaded and installed successfully.
When i try to download the task sequence from the internet, around 4 gbs are downloaded and then it just stops the downloading, It doesn't continue until the end...
I tried multiple things and the only one that worked is connecting to the vpn for a while (10min), then, the task sequence is able to continue and finish the downloading and installation properly.
Please find the settings of the cmg below:

Please find below the config of the conmm security:

I really dont understand what is blocking the downloading of the apps from the DP.
This is the error that i have found in the execmgr.log:
OnContentAvailable invalid request GUID handle
Thank you very much in advance for your guidance :-)
