Cancel and reshedule new exam

Hi Team,

I had received voucher for Microsoft Ignite and had scheduled exam for AZ 500. But now i had planned to do DA 100. I cancelled AZ 500 exam and now not able to schedule DA 100 with the same voucher and link is also expired for voucher. Please help me in scheduling the exam.
