Site to Site VPN between on premise network (Mikrotik) and Azure VPN Gateway eshtablished but no access to File Shares

Hi, we're testing to setup Azure Files share to migrate our on premise File Server to Cloud to support remote workers and completed all the required steps (including Site to Site VPN) but still failed when try to access File shares (using name or IP), S2S VPN connected https://prnt.sc/118u8yu but when try to access File Share it's failed https://prnt.sc/118ubph

Try to run AzFileDiagnostics script for Windows and it resulting port 445 still blocked (which I suspect it's connection problem but cannot find where's the mistake) https://prnt.sc/118ujtw

Any help is highly appreciated.

Best regards,

Acung

Are you able to ping the remote network IP from the local computer? If not, I suggest you to add a route to the destination network from the local computer:
route -p add <Local IP> Mask <MASK> <Destination IP>
For example: route -p add 10.0.0.1 Mask 255.255.255.0 10.0.1.0
