Failover Cluster Error "Two disks have been found on node that cannot be distinguished from one another"

WE have windows server 2012r2... 2 physical node sql server cluster. sudden both node restarted but now one node is up and second is down which is showing error as given below (when validate the report)

Two disks have been found on node ....... that cannot be distinguished from one another. The disks involved have disk signature ......, SCSI page 83h VPD descriptor ........, SCSI page 80h VPD Serial Number 80Bqc+Jxw5Fb. Please verify the storage configuration. You must either mask (unpresent, detach) one of these LUNs at this node,

Netapp Lun are connected to physical node via SAN Switch

    Hi,

    You can try running a validation report and see what exactly the problem is:

    In failover cluster manager:

    When it’s done, view report:
    86720-image.png

    If there’s any validation problem, it should be shown.

    Please also check the disk signature and see if there’s any conflict:

    If there is, you might need to contact the disk supplier.
