Creating a customized dictionary of related English verb tenses.

I have this screenshot below:

What I want to perform next is to create a customized pop-up menu which relates to the verb tenses.

What is your data for which words are related? You will need to incorporate all of these in your program.

It would be all of related verb stems in English.
For example, user types and then looks up the word, provide.
It would then return all of its related verb stems: provided, provide, provides in a pop-up menu when a user clicks on the right mouse button in Microsoft Word.

The only problem would be is how would I include a customized pop-up.

Here is another related screenshot below:

The next step, to summarize this topic, is to include a pop-up menu of all of its related verb word stems in English.

How would I perform this task?

What I want to add is a related PopUp menu, but I do not know how.
Public Sub newSubMenu()
Dim cbar As CommandBar

 Set cbar = Application.CommandBars.Add("Custom Toolbar", msoControlPopup, False, True)
 cbar.Visible = True

 End Sub

So far, the code snippet above runtime errors.

It would be a PopUp menu somewhat similar to the dictionary or thesaurus metadata.

All users are welcome to assist me.

I don't know where you want to take this, but if SQL Server is an option, check out the Contains keyword: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/t-sql/queries/contains-transact-sql?view=sql-server-ver15
CONTAINS can search for:

 A word or phrase.

 The prefix of a word or phrase.

 A word near another word.

 A word inflectionally generated from another (for example, the word drive is the inflectional stem of drives, drove, driving, and driven).

 A word that is a synonym of another word using a thesaurus (for example, the word "metal" can have synonyms such as "aluminum" and "steel").
