SCCM Inplace upgrade to same version 20H2

Question

we have some device windows 10 20 H2 that have update issue due to some missing dll files ,to resolve this issue MS support suggested to do inplace upgrade.
Now ,we need to do inplace upgrade on these devices again in Windows 10 20 H2.
Please give some ideas ,How to do it using SCCM as same version upgrade involve.

yes ..created the upgrade with Windows10 20H2 package and TS but getting below error on test machine

not confirm it will allow for same version inplace or not.

Are you going from 20H2 Enterprise en-US to 20H2 Enterprise en-US?

I'd suggest on a machine you are having issues with, take the TS out of the equation, and manually run Windows 10 Setup, and walk through the process manually. You're going to want to confirm you have matching Language and SKU.
