Recovering Authenticator Account From Deleted Apple ID

I set up two factor authentication for an app called Anchor using Microsoft Authenticator. After I set up 2FA, I switched Apple IDs and deleted the old one. When I redownloaded the Authenticator app using my new Apple ID, it was no longer giving me a usable 2FA access code for my Anchor account. I reached out to Anchor several times since early February, but they are not getting back to me. Is there anyway to recover my old Authenticator account? Like I said, my Apple ID is deleted and can no longer be recovered.
