Missing Certification on Dashboard

Hello,

On May 2017 i passed Microsoft AZURE214x: Azure Fundamentals exam. Now when i check my certification dashboard i can not see my certification now. Could you help me about adding this certification to my profile thanks.

I took AZ-303 under a different MCID and a few hours ago I have just cleared AZ-304.

How will it be possible to get Architect Certificate keeping in mind the exams were taken under different accounts?
