Hi MekKim. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, here to help you.
There are some fixes for Valorant TPM2 error here:
https://www.spieltimes.com/original/guides/valo...
https://afkgaming.com/esports/guide/how-to-fix-...
https://beebom.com/how-fix-valorant-vanguard-tp...
https://allthings.how/how-to-fix-valorant-tpm-2...
If those don't help and the only TPM2 error you get is in Valorant then I'd ask in their forums or from their Support:
https://valorantforums.com/
https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us...
As to Windows Updates then only need repair if NONE can be installed, otherwise the issue is usually with the specific updates. If so then first try manually installing from Updates catalog:
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search...
There are also troubleshooting steps to install KB5012170 here:

(Avoid ad links which intrude into editorial copy, especially avoid Restoro, PC Repair Tool and Reimage ads)
If failed Update(s) continue to fail to install and aren't bothering you or interrupting your work, then I'd ignore them and eventually they should get sorted out.
If the Update(s) cause interruptions or bother you, then I'd hide them and try again a month or two later, or wait until they are rolled into the next Version Update when the problems usually do not reappear:

I've never seen doing this cause any unintended problems, in thousands of these cases that I have handled.
If Updates issues are or become more widespread or problematic, I can help you fix Windows Updates with the fixes that work most for others.
Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.
