Biztalk 2020 - Cannot display Message Details, getting Object reference not set to an instance of an object. (Microsoft.BizTalk.Operations) error

Question

I cannot get message details in Biztalk 2020 while tracking a message. When I click it, it throws an error as per the screenshot.

Tracking itself is working, it looks like just the "Message Details" in GUI is not working. This happens on all our Biztalk 2020 servers (even on the one freshly installed) so it looks like a bug to me.
Please advise.
