MHTML Web Archive subscription status - "Failure sending mail: Failure sending mail." It was working fine till last month and all of a sudden stopped working. When i send same subscription as excel attachment it works. But when i send it as MHTML format, it doesnt keep the report tabular format and just displays data like in notepad. also sends 3 separate email with incorrect format. I also noticed when i reduce the number of parameters to be passed to be the report then same report works fine in MHTML format and delivers email correctly in rght format.

What am i missing here? Is there a limit to how much data can be sent through MHTML web archive SSRS subscription?

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks

    Hi @Mishra, Sameeksha ,

Could you please also provide the error log for detail error message?

What email are you using, Outlook, Gmail or others?

After doing some search about space and some special format using MHTML in email body, it seem there be a compatibility issue between MHTML and Gmail.

Will that the number of parameters affect the layout of MHMTL so that the issue occurs.

You may refer this for help:
