Outlook app mail timestamp wrong

On my Android Huawei phone I have the Outlook mail app installed.

On the phone the message timestamp is wrong, though if I check the same messages on my iPad or Desktop running Win10 (via Office 365) the timestamps are correct.

The phone time is correct.

Several forums mention going to file setting but I cannot find this on the Outlook app on the phone.
