I'd contact the vendor (SOFT360) for assistance, otherwise contact a microsoft reseller if further assistance is needed.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I have a very large number of Windows Server + Cale and Exchange Server + Cale licenses to buy on the SOFT360 website. I admit that the price is much lower, but from the seller I got information that the licenses are BUILT-IN and they do not have an entry into the VLSC but are supposed to be legal.
I will be grateful if a professional will answer me what it is about. And pls not to write cheap it is suspicious - substantively.
I'd contact the vendor (SOFT360) for assistance, otherwise contact a microsoft reseller if further assistance is needed.

You could contact seller(Soft360) for how to use the license. Since you didn’t get these licenses from Microsoft volume license center, licenses’ Validity and legitimacy may not be admitted by Microsoft.
