Problems with scheduling an exam (MB-800)

It seems that I have 2 accounts (******@notora.dk) and a private account (anne-mette_bernth@Karima ben .com). My company email is ******@notora.dk and my private email is ******@get2net.dk

I get this error when trying to schedule MB-800

I think that I have tried everything without the wanted result.

Can you see what is wrong?
