When I installed SQL server this error comes and does not install setup. Kindly resolve this issue.
Kindly supply more information. Just a start: what version and edition of SQL Server did you try to install?
Anyway, in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\nnn\Setup Bootstrap\Log you find one folder per install attempt. Start with Summary.txt. This rarely tells the full story, but it is a start. Next file is usually Details.txt. This file is very verbose, but typically there is a .NET stack up towards the end. Sometimes it is possible to figure out the error - but far from always.
But it is never possible to say what is from from the error code alone.

As Erland mentioned, please start from SQL server setup log to troubleshot SQL installation issue. Please share us the detail error message from setup log for analysis. Refer to View and Read SQL Server Setup Log Files. By the way, suggest you run the setup file as administrator.

It's great that you attach detail.txt, but please post a new question, rather than piggybacking on an old thread. While the symptoms may be the same, the underlying different can be different.

Sure, thanks for the reply. My issue has been resolved. It was some orphan registry keys from previous version's unsuccessful uninstallation which was causing the problem. I imported the registry backup and everything is working now.

I believe I had a similar issue when I was installing SQL Server, and it was due to the anti-virus software.
Ensure everything is switched off, whist you are attempting the install.
Yeah, it could be the anti-virus. I've seen those cases. But until we have seen the logs we can't tell. There is more the one reason why an SQL Server install can fail.
