how do i change a guest user account to admin account in win 10?

Hi,
My account in win 10 changed to a guest account and I do not have access to install and uninstall any application, I am not possible to open some applications, I can not access to do any change in account setting, and so on. how do I can change my account to an admin account?

    You need to have another admin account in system, otherwise you cannot change guest account into admin account now.
    The guest account lets other people use your computer without being able to change PC settings, install apps, or access your private files, guest account is disabled by default. If your account become a guest suddenly, please check if some body touch your device.
    If you don’t have another admin account to control computer, you need to reinstall system.
