Group accounts based on Manager's Position/Title

I am trying fully automate 365 group assignments in my organization. I have use dynamic rules to create larger group sets based on location and department attributes. But I am having trouble with filtering down to team size groups. My idea is to use managers has attribute to base the rules on, but if a manger departs that breaks the rule. To avoid that, I was wondering if it is possible to set a rule to add users based on the mangers' job title instead?

    And what happens when the title changes? :) Probably best to populate one of the customattributeXX with a "team" value or similar, then create a dynamic rule to filter on that.
