Content missing MS Graph

Question

We have several clients running on our platform. This platform is an application that communicates with OneDrive. At 1 customer, we regularly do not retrieve content from files that we request via MS Graph.

We use https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me/drive/items/01SBGD7BXXXXNUQMKA5CKLV3N5LPKWY4R/content

For hours it works fine. Then it stops working, we get no response. Later after 10 or more minutes the URL is working again.
Is this a Microsoft problem?

Couple of things to check here –

1. Could you repo the issue outside of your application environment? Using Postman or Graph Explorer?
2. Could you please ensure the client sdk you are using is latest and updated?

In case above points do not resolve the issue, please post additional details –

1. Request error details like timestamp and request id of one case of the 500 errors?
2. Size of the files being downloaded.
