After when I download video from Teams that've saved during lecture it'll stop after 2 minute and stuck
So any one here tell me the right solution for this . And the time of downloading recording is expired now.

Do you mean you cannot download the recording in Teams client?
Have you tried to find the Streams or OneDrive/SharePoint’s location of meeting recording and download it?
