Good day

How can I move an invitation to an external teams meeting to the teams calendar?

I often receive invitations that do not show the date or time. If I could move this invitation link to the Teams calendar, the problem would be solved.

How can I move an invitation to an external teams meeting to the teams calendar?

If you receive a meeting invitation from Outlook client, click Accept button as below and the meeting will show in Teams calendar.

Meanwhile, the date and time also show in the email as below:

I am having an issue whereby sometimes when creating a meeting or updating a meeting I can't seem to add the teams meeting link. How can I ensure it is added. My settings are set to always add the link but sometimes it's not showing in the invite for others.
