By default, Teams calendar can only sync your main Outlook calendar.
Currently, no official methods could realize this feature.

Hi Shanon, just want to ask for please do something to automatically sync my custom calendars in Outlook with Microsoft Teams, it's not productive nor efficient to have two different agendas. It's happening that some coworkers or colleagues make meetings with using teams, but I already have a meeting appointed thru Outlook. It's chaotic...
@Norberto Velez ,
I can understanding your feeling.
It's a long time to gradually improve our products. Microsoft will make progress by listening to more voices.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Hi Sharon, it's not about feelings, it's about reality. It's real chaotic, or more than inefficient, to work with 2 different calendars. Thank you for your answer thou.
@Norberto Velez ,
I agree with you.

Have a nice day!
Totally agree, this inability of Teams to show separate calendars is a farce. As a Mac user having to use Teams for certain clients, I waste SO much time trying to get basic things to work. Surely by now we can add different calendars to Teams to reduce the chaos? I don't want to put all different client meetings in the same calendar as I need to share specific calendars with specific clients.
It's been almost two years since this response.
How is this basic Microsoft Outlook feature still not available in Microsoft Teams?
